As the owner of DMC MAVEN, I have been there done that and learned a thing or two about ISO:9001 implementation. My document management journey started with the implementation of a new document management system. 

From vendor selections and the initial set up of the software, I have been in the trenches of coordinating efforts system wide across multiple facilities and service areas.  

In addition to finding the right document management system, I have learned that the system can only be successful if the processes surrounding the use of the application are structured and organized to fit the needs of the end user. 

In addition to identifying your document management system, consulting with DMC MAVEN will give you insight on how you can structure a document control program using the tools I have developed, which have been given recognition from DNV as being a best practice.
